One-time video packs

Choose 100 credits for $9.90, 200 for $18.90 or 500 for $44.90 USD. One 8-second video uses 100 standard credits. Credits remain valid for 365 days. There is no recurring subscription or automatic renewal. The checkout confirmation shows the amount before you pay.

Payment and generation are separate steps

A successful payment adds the purchased credits to the signed-in account. Return to the generator and submit your video. Keep the same Google account across purchase and generation. If payment is still processing, return to the order or contact support before buying again.

Return to an existing task

Use the task link or generation history while signed in. Checking progress and downloading a completed result do not create a new task. Do not create another video simply because you closed the browser. A new submission is a separate paid generation.

What a retry costs

A new artistic take costs another 100 credits, even if the previous completed result did not match your preferred expression or ball motion. Technical failures recorded by the service restore the credits charged to that task with their original expiry. This is a credit restoration, not an automatic cash refund. Read the refund policy for billing issues.

Get help

Use the signed-in support widget or email contact@ozilgoalai.app with the task or order reference. Do not send full card details. Report duplicate charges, missing purchased credits or a failed task that has not restored credits.
