How long are photos and videos kept?

New guest uploads are retained for seven days. Completed videos in private storage have no automatic expiry; you can request deletion.

What happens to uploaded photos?

The seven-day period starts when you upload, including uploads that never become paid orders. Scheduled cleanup checks expired files every five minutes when maintenance is healthy; an outage can delay removal. Your reference photo is sent to the generation provider to perform the requested work. This upload policy does not override the provider’s own retention terms.

Are results public?

No. Downloads require your private order access. We do not publish customer videos as examples or add them to an Explore feed. The public sample uses a fictional adult made for the site. Do not share an order link when you mean to share only the downloaded MP4.

Delete a photo, result or order

Contact contact@ozilgoalai.app with your order reference. We verify ownership before removing private media. Necessary billing records may be retained separately. Save a local copy of a result you want to keep. Historical account uploads follow their existing policy; contact support about those records. See the privacy policy.

The seven-day photo deletion period applies to our storage, not a verified deletion deadline for every external processor. We cannot promise that external processing has the same retention or training-use policy. Contact support before uploading if you need specific data-handling guarantees.
