Failed Generations

When a video generation is recorded as failed, Ozil Goal AI automatically restores the allowance charged for that generation. The restored amount appears in your account. If it does not appear within a reasonable processing period, contact support from the in-app support widget with the task details.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, charged an amount different from the checkout confirmation, or did not receive purchased allowance after a completed payment, contact support with the order date, amount, payment email, and any receipt or transaction reference. Do not send full payment-card details.

One-time Video Packs

Ozil Goal AI creates an 8-second vertical football video at the 768P setting from one permitted adult portrait. Packs cost $9.90 for 100 credits, $18.90 for 200 or $44.90 for 500. Each generation costs 100 credits, valid for 365 days. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Recorded technical failures restore charged credits with the original expiry; completed results can vary in likeness, ball movement and sound. A new creative take costs another 100 credits. This independent service is unaffiliated with Mesut Özil or football organizations.

Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed based on service delivery, whether purchased allowance has been used, duplicate or incorrect billing, payment-provider rules, and applicable law. Approval is not automatic. When a refund is issued, associated unused allowance may be removed from the account.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.
